Ramada Inn West Hotel - Page 1

I stayed here for 5 days and four nights for business under the assumption that there would be internet access. There was none from day one until day five. Every time I called the front desk thay said that the technician was on his way. What a joke! They did give me a discount for the lack of internet, but I was still upset because of false advertisement. There are also some shady characters milling around the area. Be careful!

Disgusting. This place is disgusting. Even the lobby is gross with old dirty furniture. I thought with the name Ramada it would be decent. We asked to see a couple different rooms. All of them were dirty looking and smelling. GROSS

They were totally unprepared and unprofessional and nothing was cleaned. We stayed in the hall while a drunk employee cleaned our rooms.
