Great hotel, Great Value.

It had an awesome look to it. Real contemporary...felt like a W or a boutique hotel.

Not what i expected when my company booked me there.

Also, great location--close to O'Hare and easy to get into Chicago.

We went there for one night. We wanted smoke free room but the receptionist lady gave us a smoked room. Also, we wanted to see one of the channel but there's no signal. We wanted to change but all the signals are the same in other rooms except the lobby. Stay away and it's expensive on weekends, they don't even give discount to us although we have the coupon because it's privately own! Beware!

My Husband & I recently got married at the Ramada in Glendale Heights, and it was wonderful. The banquet managers were working with us from day 1 to ensure that we got exactly what we desired. Additionally, we had alot of out of town guests coming in and the hotel was very accomodating to all.

I did not have high expectations from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The wedding turned out great and the stay afterwards was wonderful as well.

My wife and I had our belated reception there on 4/21/07 and it was horrible. We still had a fun time but there were some major issues.

The first issue was that all the kids did not get salads. We were never told that the kid’s meal did not include salads which would have been fine had they told us but it created a bigger issue. Instead of waiting till the adults received their main course they gave the kids their chicken fingers while we were eating our salads so they finished, and we had a madhouse while the adults were still eating.

The second issue was one of the tables half of the people at the table did not get a vegetable on their plates. They gave them their plates with just chicken and potatoes, and two people at that table got half of a potato So I went and talked to the lady to get it fixed and she gave me attitude about us not giving her an exact number, which we did, and they brought out another vegetable after they all had finished.

The third issue was that an entire table did not get cake. How do you miss an entire table? Then she wanted to charge us $400 for a supposed 12 extra people. I don't know where she got these numbers, but we did have six extra kids but we had at least three adults that did not show up. While all this was happening she did not apologize once for what was going on.

The location was perfect for us. The shower would not shut off so we had to change rooms. It was not a huge deal.
