The air conditioner and the ice machine didn't work. Plus, the Ramada Plaza Hotel New Orleans needed refurbishing.

I am not likely to return to the Ramada Inn and Suites Downtown New Orleans.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel practical: It seems like a good choice for what I expected to do during my trip: neither too cheap, nor to expensive. It was convenient as well.

I am very likely to return to the Ramada Inn and Suites Downtown New Orleans.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
