The shower drain was slow so when you showered it was ankle deep in backed up drain. There was a high school basketball team hanging around the pool making it hard to enjoy swimming. The hotel staff was arrogant, rude, AND slovenly. The food came with a lethal dose of salt, though you won't find any good food in this town. To our horror, upon checking in, there were a set of dead roaches on the floor and a host of dead insects in the window sills. If you're in town it's probably for the corn palace which truthfully isn't worth the gasoline. Skip directly to the Badlands and don't let this hotel be what makes you stay here. Run!!! Don't look back!!!

The hotel was both good and bad. The restaurant food could have been better as the taste of some of it was bad. I asked for towels and trash removed as I was staying two days, the towels were changed but the trash was not taken out. I was also disappointed that the hotel did not enforce their rules for hours of pool and mini golf usage as I had a room close to that area and I heard people in that area for over an hour past the usage hours.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Ramada Inn And Suites Conference Center.

It is an older hotel, the air conditioner in my room was cranky, and everything looks 20 years old. Somebody was out mowing the lawn at 6:30 in the morning and when I complained, the two kids at the front desk just looked at each other. I know Mitchell has a noise ordinance and you are not supposed to be running your lawn mower at 6:30. But ALAS, nothing was done.
It didn't help that I was put next to somebody with a crying baby.
It was the worst nights sleep I have ever had at a Holiday Inn.
On the bright side the food in the restaurant wasn't bad, but how can you ruin chicken fingers?

The hotel is old and in need of a lot of updating. The door keys only worked on the inside. The hotel messed up my bill and over charged two nights, and would not right the problem! I had to go to HI Corp to fix it. I would not stay at this location ever again!

The location was great. The room was dirty, I found a towel and a washcloth sticking out from under the bed. There was cat hair on the chair. The light was unplugged. There was no microwave or refrigerator.

This is an older hotel needing remodeling. There was a large section of wallpaper peeling from the wall. The air conditioner was cycling on and off so loud, that I had to turn the TV up to hear it. I could see daylight for about 6 inches around the door lock area.

I was greeted immediately when I walked in. After I was checked in I asked directions about a certain highway. The receptionist used MapQuest and had trouble locating the road I was asking about. I thanked her for her trouble and went to my room. About five minutes later, a young man knocked on my door with a map in hand showing me where the highway was.
