PROS:
*friendly staff (all of the receptionists at the front desk were always courteous and willing to help)
*Easy check in process (I had no problems getting my room)
*Not far from Downtown Saginaw (24 hour grocery store next door, fast food spots are a close drive away, laundromat across the street)
*Clean rooms, comfortable beds, well lit spacious bathroom area.
*New equipment in the fitness center with a large HD TV to view during your workout.
CONS:
*The shower was clean, but there was only a shower curtain hanging up that was fit to be on the outside of the tub. They needed a shower liner for the inside of the tub b/c I had to bring the actual curtain into the tub just to prevent water from reaching the bathroom floor.
*The actual hotel layout is like an enclosed motel with windows that face the hallway and air conditioners that sit on the outside room wall. Needless to say that the hallways leading up to your room were hotter than summer temps.
*There was high speed internet available in the room, but not wireless (I was restricted to surfing at a small desk in the corner with a LAN cable).
*The complimentary breakfast was okay with yogurt, pasteries, milk, cereal, and juice. However, without variety, I became bored with the menu after a few days of the same stuff.

The rooms were really nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were set up well and work well if you have more than a couple people to the room.

Saginaw, Michigan has very few hotels located not next to the highway; the Ramada has a great location in a neighborhood and is close to relatives' and friends' homes.

Good
It's not luxurious but very comfortable and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom was spacious. The tv was large and the staff was nice. There is a restaurant in the hotel.
