I don't care for the jacking up of the prices. We had stayed several weeks prior for less than half the price.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: The prices were doubled because of a football weekend.

The management and staff assisted us during a difficult time.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The food service worked around our schedule. The staff was extremely considerate of the fact that family members were in town for a funeral.
