The hotel didn't have our reservation when we arrived, the staff was rude and non-helpful. The bathroom was dirty, the drain dripped and rather than fix it, they had instead just taken out the plug to hide the noise. The heater produced luke warm air and we slept in our thermals all night. The dishes at the restaurant were dirty, there was a bug in the salt and the food was terribly over priced and terrible.

I liked my stay. It was a good value for the stay. It was very affordable, yet offered a weight room and a hot breakfast bar.

It is nice, a bit pricey for a short notice trip, but overall acceptable.

The housekeeping staff did not leave towels and only made the bed one day. Another day we posted the do not disturb sign, and housekeeping did not want to give us clean towels because of it. Other than that incident, it was fine.

The hotel was clean and orderly. We found hotel information next to the phone. The location was great, with movie rental, Walgreen's, fast food, and activities nearby.

This hotel made me feel content: It was a pleasing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well.
