It was ok. I do not travel much so it was a treat.

I liked it well enough. I was originally assigned a room which required two flights of stairs, but was changed when I told them I had problems climbing stairs. It’s a good thing to mention any difficulties, such as climbing, when making reservations. There were several in our party, for a wedding, and they located us near each other.

This hotel made me feel respected: They were very polite and changed my room when I said I had problems climbing stairs.

I was traveling on business. The lobby had a hint of cigarette smell. I checked out the room before purchasing and it appeared do be okay.

When I returned that evening, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I stayed in the room for about an hour and it was getting worse, I had discovered the source of the problem it was coming from the ventilation in the bathroom. My eyes were burning and I was having drainage from my nose.

The attendant at the desk was very nice and moved me to a new room, but I will never stay at the Ramada Inn in Louisville, KY on Zorn, it was like an ashtray!

This Ramada was quite convenient for my purposes in visiting Louisville. I enjoyed the breakfast.

I liked this hotel's price.
