horrible reception and service. People at the desk were rude to me. booked an king sized bed but instead got two queens, when asked about my room they gave me the runaround and said theres nothing i can do. room was dirty and bathtub was filty....
I returned home today after staying here for two nights. My only complaint is that the A/C compressor in room 372 made the A/C have a loud rattle. When the fan was on by itself, it was quiet. Otherwise it was clean and confortable.
should you stay or should you go

Excellent
The front desk staff was very friendly and nice. The help me get to where I needed to go. The rooms are very nice and clean. The only bad thing was you can hear the freeway at night.
It is now a Ramada. We were told the rooms were remodeled. Not so! Our room was not only dirty (LARGE cob webs in the corners) but the toilet seat was broken (that was interesting to say the least), cigarette stains on the bathtub (non-smoking...
Be careful if you have to cancel!

Horrible
When I called and cancelled, the girl "Crystal" couldn't find my reservation and seemed confused. After some time she finally found it and told me the reservation was cancelled. I travel a lot, but cancel seldom. Unfortunately, I only wrote her...
It was very disappointing. Our wake up call was 1 hour late. Apparently, the hotel is being renovated? Yeah, right.
The site lists a pool and a hot tub. The pool is not in operation and has dirty water and garbage in it. The hot tub is in operation but should not be. OSHA should come in. The pool area posts a health hazard and safety issues. I would not send my kids down there. It should be off limits all together.
The front desk clerk not knowledgeable and short staffed all the way around. I would not stay here again. I gave them a 1 because there was a bed in the room made with two flat sheets that came undone in the middle of the night, but took away 9 pts because the hotel is a hazard altogether and the staff lied about the condition of the facilities.
Oh, did I forget to mention that there was no ice in the ice machine.
