The room hadn't been cleaned well. Toothpaste splatters on the counter, the coffee pot had coffee buildup and residue in it, and the carpet was dirty. The wall had someone's initials written on it, there was a big gash in the wallpaper that was poorly installed. One bed did not have a top sheet. The bathroom had mold and mildew. The breakfast was pretty minimal. The refrigerator and door had dents in it. The management/owners of the place were unresponsive to my concerns.

I did not like finding a condom in the nightstand next to the bed.

I am not likely to return to the Ramada Inn Plainfield.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It's a good place with good service.

This hotel made me feel important: The room was bigger then I thought it would be.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Ramada Inn Plainfield.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was nice if it would have been for pleasure. It would have been better because I would have stayed longer and used the things they make available.

I am very likely to return to the Ramada Inn Plainfield.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
