Ramada Inn Old Town Temecula Motel - Page 1

We stayed one day, Sunday, over the Memorial Weekend. We returned to our hotel room on Sunday night to go to bed at 11:15 pm. By 11:30 pm a wedding party that was staying in the room next door came home, with about 30 guests from the reception, and preceeded to party, use foul language, and sing old Johnny Cash songs until 4 am. Needless to say, we were up all night. The manager called the police and they did nothing. We did not want to pay $150 for the room, and the front office staff was rude, and asked us to leave the front office so no other guests would hear. We refused so finally they gave us a discount of $50.00 off the room. I travel on business all the time and I have never been treated so rudely. The manager even suggested we might be with the offending party! No way! Don't bother staying here. It is overpriced and has a rude staff.

The Ramada Inn in Temecula was very accommodating and hospitable! I reserved my room on-line. Unfortunately, all that was available was a smoking room, but the rate was great.

Upon arriving at the Ramada Inn, the staff was very understanding and exchanged my room for a non-smoking one.

The continental breakfast offers variety and plenty of meal choices and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!

I visited the Temecula property almost every month for almost two years. The staff was very helpful. The recent renovation was very nice. I did not like it when they changed their pet policy so I could no longer bring my dog and, if my position were not ending which required me traveling to Temecula, I would have definitely switched to another hotel for future visits because of this.

It was fine--we needed a place on short notice for the last night of a vacation.
