Ramada Inn Fairview Park Motel

First of all it claims to be a hotel, when clearly it is a motel!

The sheets had cigarette burns, and the pool was green! We were forced to stay there for one night & left ASAP. We were visiting Cleveland's zoo. My family and I had the heebie jeebies and were afraid the bed bugs would eat us alive.

The staff was very nice but when we complained to the manager, he oh-so generously took $17 off the bill! It cost us $75 for one night of being awaken by the rigs that the truckers left idling while checking in, all night long. We left & later went to the Hilton Garden Inn and it was much better!

It was close to the airport and it offered free parking while away, as well as reasonable rates. The air conditioning unit was too loud.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The Ramada personnel greeted us as though they knew us personally.

They had the shuttle driver stay late to pick us up at the airport due to our plane being late. The location was wonderful for our stay, our old home town and near family and friends. The staff was very helpful, the breakfasts were wonderful and fully supplied. I will stay there again when visiting the Cleveland area.

The staff needs to be capable of taking care of the needs of their customers. The management needs to be more responsive to errors that occur. Ramada needs to hold owners responsible for errors.
