Ramada Inn Downtown Milwaukee Hotel - Page 1

It’s a great bargain for downtown. My room was clean and larger than most. You could tell the bed was new and the bathroom shower and faucet were new.

The people were very friendly at the desk. There was no extra charge for parking or internet. It was easy to get in and out with no long lines or waiting for the valet to bring your luggage. I loved the free coffee in the room which I had before I even got dressed.

Reservation took a very long time due to computer trouble; check out was very slow; I was billed for two nights when I only stayed one.

This hotel has a nice swimming pool and I'm glad it was still open. It's a good value for the rate. I would stay at this place again.

The rooms were a little dark and dingy, the hallway was stinky and I had to go to another floor to get ice through the scary emergency stairwell. The doors on the stairwell were not locked either so anyone can come and go as they please from floor to floor.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff greeted us warmly and helped us with directions to the Bradley Center for our hockey game outing. They had worked with us on our reservation and remembered us, which was a nice touch.
