The location was ok and parking was plentiful. The room was not as comfortable as I had hoped. I did not get the non smoking room I requested since there was no one available. Besides the stale smoke smell, there was a musty smell in the whole room. The bed was uncomfortable and there were spider webs in the windows. I would not advise anyone to stay there.

Only one person was staffed at night and he had to run items up to rooms, frequently leaving the front desk empty. This was not his fault, it was clearly the fault of the manager in charge of scheduling.

I liked the friendliness of all the employees. They all were very helpful.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I liked the Ramada's billboard which directed me to the hotel's location. The friendly reservation clerk and the maintenance personnel who helped me rearrange the furniture in the room made it accessible for wheelchair usage. They also replaced the television set that was not working properly and fixed a toilet that continued to fill with water.

This hotel is very friendly and very convenient.

The inn's location was good: right downtown by the bars. The staff - in fact, all service employees in either Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls - were extremely friendly and likeable. The furniture in the room seemed a bit old, and the decor was decidedly 'hotel and dated.' The bed was in good shape, though. The Sunday brunch was reasonably good, although there were no bagels or cream cheese to go with the lox they served; I thought that was odd.
