Ramada Inn Cocoa Beach Area KSC Hotel

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone...EVER! The hotel pricing is $65 but the day I stayed there was the day of the shuttle launch so they charged me $120 plus tax. First off, it took us half an hour to check in. The lady at the front desk sat at her phone talking to someone she knew while we waited and waited in the middle of the night to check in. The service was terrible because our A/C was not working and it took 2 calls and an hour and a half to correct the problem. The mattress was extremely old and the springs squeaked very loud every time we moved. There was also mold on the shower curtain and one of our lights kept turning on and off. The next day, we went to their continental breakfast and I found a large piece of plastic in the eggs. I will never stay in this garbage dump again.

It was convenient, the price was fair and the complimentary breakfast was great.

This hotel made me feel respected: I felt like we were very welcomed.

The facilities are getting old. The bathtub drain did not drain properly. It is a fair place but I will probably not stay there again.

The location was very nice. It was close to a lot of attractions. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The pool and bar was nice.

This hotel is in a clean and good location. But they did not tell us about the rewards program.
