61 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel had uninformed employees, some equipment was not functioning and the pool was out of service. It required to use the basement that was wet and dirty or the rooftop during stormy weather for parking because of some party goers that reserved main parking area.

I am not likely to return to the Ramada Inn Cincinnati.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The front desk personnel was very friendly. They gave excellent service and they were knowledgeable about the area activities.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Ramada Inn Cincinnati.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location, the comfort and the service were satisfactory.

60 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The desk clerk was unable to provide accurate information of a major downtown event. The main parking level was reserved for special guests. The rest had to use the wet, dingy basement or the top floor open air parking.

I am not likely to return to the Ramada Inn Cincinnati.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The location is semi inconvenient to get to. The neighborhood is not very secure. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Ramada Inn Cincinnati.
