Good
The hotel was fairly new and was very clean. The breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast. We had no problems checking in or out of the hotel and the staff was very efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and even had a flat...

We were a group of three and the few rooms were very cramped and small. I felt it was not worth for the penny spent. There was no room service given and the bathrooms were not up to expectation.

Excellent
Loved this hotel! for the same price as other nearby 2* hotels, this hotel offered a new facility (open 7 wks as of Aug07) a clean pool and complimentary apples, oranges and coffee anytime. Very comfortable rooms with new decor. Loved the beds!...

This hotel immediately had a stench of urine. The elevator did not work. The man at the front counter suggested that the only good food near was down the street at a Denny's in a different hotel. The hallway vents looked as if they were hanging on by only a screw. Our bathroom was small, had mildew and rust. In many parts of the room it appeared as if things had been pulled out of the sockets and not replaced. Tears in the wall paper. We got a discounted price of $65 dollars but came to find that there is a local coupon where you only have to pay $39 dollars a night. Would not recommend this hotel.

Vile is the worst word I can think of to describe this horrendous hotel. First, there is no parking lot so it's a challenge finding a place to park. When you walk into the hotel lobby, the smell of the restaurant is enough to make you puke. Our room had no air conditioning (they finally brought us a window unit which didn't work), no hot water, no chair, no trash can, no TV clicker, only two towels and no mattress pad. The lock on the door was broken and the room was filthy (the corner of the room had what looked like vomit on the floor), stinky, and we felt contaminated just being in this room. It was disgusting!

The room and rate were great. It was very off-season and it looked like they could have done some simple maintenance such as checking light bulbs and TVs for problems.

The location was great within walking distance from the falls. I suggest you forget the savings and get a nicer hotel that doesn't smell and has a shower that is not peeling paint.

The location was great, a block from the falls. But in October, it would be nice if the window was not ajar with a half-inch gap in it. As for security, the latch on the door, that you swing shut to keep anyone from entering, was missing the swinging part. The room safe was missing the key, which they said they wouldn't charge us for. During checkout, the printer was broken, so they couldn't print us a receipt. They said we didn't need one and we could check our charge card bill when we received it. When we got it, there was the charge for the safe key!
