The hotel has a great location, it is very affordable and I had an excellent stay overall. We were missing pillows when we first arrived, but the staff took care of that right away.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: There were a lot of people in the hotel dressed very sharp. We showed up in jeans and tank tops because we were going to a punk show right after check in. I felt a little uncomfortable, but the staff treated us like everyone else.

I am very likely to return to the Ramada Inn Boston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Although the room was not a 3-star, it’s closer to a 2-star, the customer service was great. When there was a rattle in the ceiling tiles around the pool outside our room, it was fixed immediately. Transportation to and from the T-station and the airport was timely and courteous. Breakfast was plentiful.

I think they should renumber the rooms. They are completely out of sequence and it makes it hard to find your room.

I think that it was more than I expected. The shuttle picked us up at the ship and took us to the airport. It had great service, it even brought us to the T, the underground transit system. I have nothing but praises.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk and other personnel were very friendly and ready to answer any request we had.

I am very likely to return to the Ramada Inn Boston.

Some rooms are near Interstate 93 (less than 50 meters). And no soundproofing on the windows against the noise, it was very loud.

There were some small problems: There were nuts on the floor, and the wallpaper at the ceiling was damaged. I was happy to stay only for one night!

I would not recommend it to friends.

It was what we expected, clean, but not in a great neighborhood. I liked the friendly staff. They served a great breakfast buffet in the morning.
