Ramada Inn Benton Motel

The hotel had clean rooms and a convenient location.

The room was terrible. The walls were dirty, wallpaper was peeling off, carpet was dirty with many cigarette burn holes, and the furniture was in bad shape.

I liked the convenience and the price for a traveler. The restroom could have been a bit cleaner. The inside entrances are always a good thing, especially for female travelers. Overall, it is a good deal for the money.

Don't Stay Here. The grounds, stairways, walks and rooms where all in a state of disrepair. I was refused a refund and of the four rooms I looked at all had something broken and were dirty. I wouldn't even walk on the bathroom floor barefooted.

I like the location because it is right on the interstate. The management staff is very friendly and courteous. The hotel is close to some nice eating places and gas stations.

This hotel made me feel important: They were very nice, asking often if everything was all right. The manager gave us a standing price for our room because we stay there every few months and have stayed for several years.
