This hotel is dirty, smelly, has spiders and spider egg sacks all over the room.

Our toilet was held up y a piece of wood, and the mold smell was unbearable!

Stains on the carpet, the staff can be extremely rude when you call back to talk to them.

They have nice rooms and friendly workers.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Ramada Inn Battle Creek.
I might recommend it to friends.

41 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The floor was dirty, there was bugs in the bathroom, and the price given to me over the phone was not the price they tried to charge me. The front desk people were very short with us. They were not polite at all.

I am very likely to return to the Ramada Inn Battle Creek.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
