The location was relatively quiet.We had to request room changes twice before we got one that was satisfactory. The elevators weren't operating. The hallways and stairwells were grubby. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a depressing ...

There is nothing I liked.Horrible maintenance, filthy rooms, horrible cleaning, whole corridors are filled with smoke. Rooms were not even cleaned, Restrooms were filthy. Corridors were filled with smoking. Bedding was smelling with smoke.
