Ramada Hotel

It is a nice hotel and it is easy to get to right off the highway. The staff was friendly. The service was adequate. They were very helpful when asked.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The reservations were done and prepared in advance. There were no issues checking in and I was allowed to pay at anytime during my stay. My invoice was prepared prior to my departure, so there was no waiting. I felt the staff was very efficient and they were pleasant to deal with.

The rooms were in disrepair. For a Ramada Inn, the quality of the rooms was quite disappointing.

I have stayed at this location several times, but I'm not excited about it. The food was great at the restaurant, but the guestroom had bugs and the understaffed front desk didn't do anything when we notified them. Also, people who aren't familiar with this location should be careful because there are lounges both at the hotel and across the street from it, and sometimes this makes the parking lot unsafe late at night.

It was located in a convenient location. The price was right. The room was clean.
