We stayed there during a hurricane and they closed down the pool 2 days before the storm arrived. They had a generator for emergency power, but it was broken and the electric was off for several days. They should have told us that they were going to close the pool.

I was very disappointed.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: I wasn't happy at all. I was quoted the wrong prices and they had me down for two rooms instead of three. Luckily, there was availability.

I was very pleased with my stay and would use them again.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The beds were very comfortable. They had a nice continental breakfast. When we needed extra pillows and towels, they gave them to us quickly--and with a smile!
