This hotel is not suitable for young children. The hotel accommodates partying for underage teenagers, and the managers/owner will do nothing to stop it.
The police had to visit my room three times in one night, due to the fact that 17 and 18 year old drinking teenagers were throwing beer at my hotel windows, and knocking on my door and windows. And they were threatening to key my vehicle, once the police left.
Once the stay was over, and I addressed the owner, he accused me of only wanting my money back, he did nothing for us, and showed no concerns. We had five families there, which we were there for a soccer tournament for 8 year olds. Not only did our young soccer players need their sleep, but they did not need to experience such partying, or the other things that were being displayed by these teenagers. The hotel stated that the partying teenagers are a group of cheerleaders from Jacksonville, Florida.
I will never stay at the Ramada Heritage Park again. And unless you intend on partying all hours of the night, and you have no children, I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel.
p.s. Their continental breakfast consisted of hard bagels, and old English muffins, and juice.
