We met our son & his family at this Holiday Inn. We booked & prepaid our rooms. Upon check-in, they made a copy of my Debit Card & my son's and we were told there would not be anything charged to it unless there were incidentals. There were NO INCIDENTLS!!! They charged our account and my son's $111.00 for NO REASON! When we got home & discovered it, my husband called them & they said they take the money for 3 days & then credit it back. They had already used my money for 2 weeks, since I paid early. We are going back in 2 weeks to take our granddaughters back & WE WILL NOT STAY THERE. This place is a ripoff!

It would have been nice if the would have opened the swimming pool area. It was shut down the entire time we were there. Very disappointing.
I felt secure there because it made me feel good with the great locks on the doors. But when a delivery truck hit the front roof (truck was too tall) of the awning, as stood in the lobby, was something to be fearful of.

I was respected there by the way they took care of the foul up with my reservations and the way they worked, not only with me, but the members of our group.
