Good
I have always enjoyed staying at the Ramada Inn since I was a little girl. They have a nice indoor pool, the room is just as nice as any other hotel, and the location is great. It's right in the middle of Gatlinburg and within walkling distance...

Its close to shopping. My husband, who was not well, could stay in the room while I explored the shops. Otherwise, we were there just to sleep, and be on our way.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Ramada Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was very pleased with the location and personnel of the place. It is easy to find the motel. It had very relaxing accommodations.
The beds were relaxing and clean. The motel was quiet and well lit. It gave you a sense of security. All lighting, appliances, and fixtures worked like they should.
I am very likely
to return to the Ramada Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Horrible
The room we stayed in was definitely substandard. The carpeting by the bathroom was wet and the wall by the bathroom had visible mold. Rooms all needed updated for sure. Or just tear the place down and start over. For roughtly * dollars a night, we...

This hotel should be torn down! It was so dirty and disgusting we would not stay there! The manager said she upgraded us to a new room-this was as bad as the first. I ask her for a refund several time and was told no!
There was no way we would stay in such a filthy place. We went back the next moring and I again told her we did not stay at this location because of the filth and condition of this place. I will never ever consider staying at any Ramada inn now because of our experience at this location!

I stayed in room 301.
The poor condition of the room that we stayed in was the worst of any motel or hotel that I have ever tried to stay in. First the doors (yes, two doors) had been kicked in and just put together so the door could stay closed. The second door you could tell that it would not be a problem to break into if I was a criminal.
The red carpet looked liked I had rode a wave in, on the ocean; it looks like it was over 20 years old. The furniture looked liked it was gotten out of a yard sale. Whats worse is that I was charged $201.95 for a room I did not or would not stay in. I have stayed in rooms for $29.95 that looked better that this room.
