Ramada is attractive on the exterior, but no covered entry or sliding doors, and the lobby is lovely. No elevator. Staff was nice; breakfast room is spacious and food/juice/coffee choices are excellent. Rooms are shabby, furniture looks like rummage ...
There were elder bugs everywhere! And when we complained to the management- they said that the bugs were harmless and could not be controlled! Gross! Everything else was fine, the room was a good siz and the location is great.
