This is absolutely THE WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. The customer service; rather, I should say, "lack of customer services" was horrible!! If you eat in their lounge, be prepare to serve yourself. We had to ask the wait staff for service! So disappointing. The Manager is not of service either. He was not sympathetic to our needs.

In addition, the room have insects and there is mildew EVERYWHERE. Make sure you check your bed before going to sleep. The hotel is in disguisting shape.

We stayed here on our way for a cruise. We were very disappointed. It is an older facility and looks like it has been updated but there was a big gap in the door even though the door was locked. We did not feel safe. Also in the middle of the night 3-4 planes flew directly over our room and I thought the plane was landing on our hotel room. The rooms are paper thin and keep NO noise out at all. It is very chaotic with guests coming and going out on cruises. There is no room to move in the lobby during this time. It is clearly a fire hazzard. Very overpriced for the location. There is nothing in the vicinity to eat or do if you have some time before you leave and the cab fares are high to go any where. You are stuck to eat only in the hotel and no where else. Would not recommend to anyone even overnight.

My family from 4 states reunite in Fort Lauderdale for a couple of days before boarding a cruise. The hotel physically and comfort wise was ok but what made it a great experience was the family reunion at their banquet hall. It was beautifully set up to what I wanted and their restaurant that catered was great!!

The hotel had lovely grounds and a very helpful staff. The only problem was that we were in the middle of nowhere and we did not have a car.

This property was not up to the Ramada standards.

The inn was perfectly acceptable for a one night pre cruise layover. All the expectations were met to our satisfaction.

The desk personnel was pleasant, smiling and friendly.

The location was great, the service was great and they offered a shuttle for pickup at the airport and to the cruise ship.

They knew my name when they saw me and they had the reservations and the room ready.

Hotel staff very courteous. Hotel is old, but some renovations have been completed. Room was satisfactory. Food was great! Would definitely stay again overnight before or after a cruise. Transportation from airport and to cruise port provided.

We stayed Friday to Saturday to catch a ship in the early morning. The restaurant hostess at this hotel was VERY Rude and arrogant! She wasn’t friendly nor approachable at all!!! Thanks to her we were to upset to eat that evening at their restaurant!

The front desk personnel were not friendly. Otherwise it was a good choice for my needs.
