Okay
Stayed for 1 night - Seemed fairly clean - lot of the chanels on the tv were not real clear - wall are very thin! Had a hard time sleeping all nite long - can hear everything - train goes all nite long - can hear all traffic! Will say the beds...
A little hard to find because it is behind some other businesses, but once we were there it was good. Staff was ok. Hotel was ok in appearance but I looked like it was an older hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Good beds. We slept a long night even though I could hear my neighbor snoor through the walls. Did not eat the breakfast as we were too late in getting up.

Mediocre
I am not one to normally write reviews but this stay was pretty bad. The place may have been renovated but the staff could care less about the shape it is in. When we arrived the sheets had what looked like boogers and sex fluids on them. ...

The clerk, Nilton, began our check-in with a ten minute "joke" about how our reservations had been cancelled and that they didn't have any rooms available. Hilarious. The next morning the breakfast bar was covered in ants and there was hardly any food. Our second night, the clerk gave someone else a key to our room! As we were going to sleep, another man walked in! When I called to the front desk Nilton became annoyed about my complaint and hung up on me. I went down in person and demanded that he call a manager. I told him I was checking out immediately and I didn't expect to pay for that night's stay as I would be going elsewhere. The manager, Sunny, promised to call me the next day. He never did. Absolutely inexcusable. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Radisson.

This Ramada has really comfortable beds! (and 4 great pillows on each bed) The water for baths and showers is hot! Not lukewarm, like some other hotels. Even though the hotel is near the highway, the room is quiet. The hotel is conveniently located..there is a Denny's, gas station and Cracker Barrel nearby. It is also close to Sedona and downtown Flagstaff. We stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping was great. This Ramada is pet friendly. The breakfast is okay.
Our only issue was that the wireless internet was inconsistent at best. Sometimes it worked in the evening, but not always. Nonetheless, this Ramada is a great place to stay!

This was an excellent hotel for the price we paid. The holiday inn next door wanted $40 more for a room and this hotel was just as nice or nicer. They had great staff who were friendly and helpful and the rooms were new and so comfortable. It was a...

I stayed at the Ramada for a night and I found out that the hotel was newly rennovated. I loved the new beds, bedding, and pillows. I had a great sleep. In the morning I stopped by the breakfast expecting basic stuff and found a variety of items....

Excellent
At first I was concerned with reviews noting train noise, but upon arriving my family and I heard the "terrible" train noise, it was laughable at best. The distant horn never disturbed us once. I rather enjoyed the location; lucky lane is a bit out...
