35 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
When I saw this hotel was rated on par with the Fayetteville Holiday Inn Express I felt comfortable booking my room. Upon arrival, it was evident that this hotel had not been maintained. From the pool that was "out of service" to the continental breakfast that was unattended and featured Froot Loop's ceral. While the check-in service was acceptable, the room was outdated with multiple patch spots on the wall and a refrigerator that had rust all over the front door. I would not recommend this hotel.

Noisy air conditioner, not very clean room, and the most scuffed up windows I've seen. I could hardly see through them but heard the outdoor traffic pretty well. The windows didn't feel like glass. Maybe they were plastic and that might account for the scuffing. I was disappointed. The Ramada used to be a good chain of hotels.

I hate the fact that I booked a room here and they didn't have my reservation when I tried to reconfirm directly with the hotel. Then when I did rebook at another hotel...they charged me anyhow for a room 20 days later and won't return my money.... ramada is a sham...no wonder their whole hotel chain is terrible....Give me my money back!

The swimming pool was "down for inspection from health inspector", . The first room I refused, the floor was so dirty. The second, was better, but floor still not great. The rest of the room was clean. The worst thing: the hotel was that it was...
