Noisy air conditioner, not very clean room, and the most scuffed up windows I've seen. I could hardly see through them but heard the outdoor traffic pretty well. The windows didn't feel like glass. Maybe they were plastic and that might account for the scuffing. I was disappointed. The Ramada used to be a good chain of hotels.

I hate the fact that I booked a room here and they didn't have my reservation when I tried to reconfirm directly with the hotel. Then when I did rebook at another hotel...they charged me anyhow for a room 20 days later and won't return my money.... ramada is a sham...no wonder their whole hotel chain is terrible....Give me my money back!
