51 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We checked in at 4pm and checked out by 4:30 because of the filthy conditions. The bathroom was unclean, the door to the outside did not shut properly. It was a very warm room, there were hairs on the sheets...ugh.
We were very disappointed since we are local, and just wanted a weekend away from the kids.
We arrived at 4pm-no bellman available til 5pm . All rooms are off a very hot catwalk , one elevator working for the whole place. Got to the room it was filthy! Some ones hairs in the bed, dirty bathroom , food on the floor, dirty coffee cups. Door...

I went through 5 rooms. None had air conditioning, something called central water chiller system. The hottest room was a suite they tried to move me up to. For the time it took to figure out I had to go somewhere else to get an air conditioned...
