We offer high speed internet, continental breakfast, outdoor pool. In all of our rooms we have clock and coffee maker. In some rooms we offer iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave and refrigerator. Our televisions are 25 inch. We also have data ports in some rooms. Pets are accepted with a fee of 20 USD per pet.

The air conditioner leaked into the room, thus making the floor wet. Did not have enough towels, and staff woudl not give more towels to be used. Only had 3 towels for 4 adults. Pool was dirtyadn had a film on the water in pool also, had breaks in...

Do NOT let a couple of those positive responses fool you. This was the nastiest place we've ever stayed and with a dog with us, we paid over $*! All other places were booked for miles due to events or we would have walked out. Nasty mold, snowy TV,...

This is a clean, economical hotel for a budget traveler. I made sure to check the room before I checked in, and it matched my requirements of a clean room, easy entrance to my room, and quiet. I will be back soon.

This was a great hotel for someone traveling on a budget such as myself. It was conveniently located near I-40 and I liked that I could park my car in front of my room. The front desk staff was helpful in giving directions to places I needed to go visit. I really liked the new Diamond Bit Lounge that opened recently inside the hotel. It's the only hotel in Crossville with a Lounge at the hotel, which was nice in that I didn’t have to drive.

I would not recommend this hotel at all !! my & my sisters rooms had mold as well as trash left in dresser drawers, the service was awful. and housekeeping was a joke !!! Pay a little more and stay with best western...

Excellent
Excell ent location just off I-40. Very friendly staff. Excellent facilities including Free Wireless HSIA, Coffee Makers, Cable TV and HBO. Very quiet and relaxing with a nice continental breakfast.
