Horrible
This hotel is not suitable for reservations. The hotel is dirty with construction debri. When entering the drive up entrance to the main lobby you could not get in the door as the construction crew are grinding stone to retrofit the entrance way....

The customer service was great.There was an insect issue, I ordered steak med. This hotel was okay. It was safe and comfortable for the most part. The business center was one computer and printer.

Nothing went well.Dirty room, soiled towels, poor recovery, construction, fire alarm went off for 20 min & no one would answer the phone at desk. Finally I saw an employee and he said the construction crew set off the alarm and there is no fire....

Rooms were large.Needs to be re-conditioned. They had a party in the hallways with people laying on the floors drinking beer and children running up & down hallways. Facility needed updating and control of the hallways.

Very nice casual bar, refrigerator/microwave in every room.Parking is limited and hotel shows age in many ways. Downtown riverfront location, close to hospital and Downtown, not a lot open evening in area. Older hotel in fair condition.
