This is a truly terrible hotel. The rooms are dark and dirty, bathrooms are moldy. In my bathroom tiles were coming off the floor. There were visible cobwebs under the sinks and in the corners of the room. Paint and wallpaper are peeling from the walls. Walls are cracked, water damaged, carpet is completely filthy. I didn't take my shoes off once the entire stay. There is a layer of dirt and grime all around the perimeter. The carpet is stained and worn and wasn't vacuumed once during my three day stay. Room had spiders, several lamps and TV remote didn't work. It is loud with a lot of freeway noise. Had I not been at the hotel for a family reunion I would have turned around and walked out. My recommendation for future travelers - stay as far away from this place as possible.

This was absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. The staff was rude. The rooms were indescribably nasty. I booked 3 rooms and ALL 3 were horrible. The first room had dirty sheets and wadded up tissue next to the bed. The second room contained dirty panties. And the 3rd room's shower was too dirty to use. The carpet was so dirty, I would not let my children take their shoes off. Not to mention, the shuttle that they offer left us. We ended up having to take a taxi. We ended up checking out of the hotel after we found these issues (around 11pm) and still had to pay. I have complained to their corporate office w/ no resolve. Their solution was to call the general manager of this dive and talk to him. (this is after I have received a most infuriating letter from him already.) DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This was my worst hotel stay ever. I was leading a mission trip and stayed at this hotel via the group who we went through. The rooms were marginal. Out of 7 rooms, 3 had to change during our stay. One bathroom light didnt work, one ceiling was...
We attended a military reunion at this place in October, 2007. Our room was dark, dank, musty, with cracks in the walls with brown matter apparent, damp carpet that never dried out, dirty grouting, dirty tub, and a bathroom sink held up with 2x4s. This is easily the worst hotel room that I have ever experienced in more than 40 years of international travel. This place is a disgrace to the name of Ramada. I took pictures of the room and forwarded them to Wyndham International which owns the franchise rights. They were appalled.

The hotel rooms are very old and outdated. We did not have maid service for two days we were there. We had to call because the toilet seat was broken and hanging off the toilet. The air/heat unit ran continuously. It was cold but we had to shut...

The staff was friendly and helpful I will give them that.
When I booked the stay I was led to believe there was a free continental breakfast. There is, for 1 morning only. After that you have to pay. The food was great though, I will give them that.
Also, you have to pay a deposit to use the telephone even for local calls. Also they do not tell you they charge a security deposit that is charged to your card up front of $40 for your stat when you check in. This is not really and issue it was just the fact they did not tell me ahead of time. Also, there were electrical issues in our room 415, when you turned the light on as you come in the door you could hear sizzling. No bath mats in the tub and the tub is very slippery. My husband almost fell.
For what the room cost per night I would expect the place to be top notch.
