Ramada Center Hotel Hotel - Page 1

Upon arriving late in the evening, we found the room in a horrible state. There was hair everywhere, and the floor looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Popcorn, bottle caps, and crumbs littered the corners and the area beneath the bed. The pool wasn't working, and the staff was intoxicated. Needless to say, we had to call every hotel in the area to find a vacant room so we wouldn't have to stay in this dump.

I thought the stay was fine. I didn't like that they didn't have their pool filled, and I don't really like how the set up is. I like it better when you can get to all the rooms from inside, not outside. The staff was very friendly, and they let the kids at the reunion have fun! The room service was quick and polite! There wasn't anything real special about the rooms but they served their purpose, and they were clean and livable.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They had a room set aside for us, and we had a TV and other fun stuff in that room. We were allowed to do pretty much whatever we wanted and that was fun. They kept a food table up for us too which was really nice.

We stayed in a very nice room and the front desk clerk was great.

Probably the worst experience with a Holiday Inn was at Thermopolis Wyoming. I had problems with the restaurant and nothing was done except for them to say I am sorry. They took our money and pretty much ran us out the door.
