We stayed the week of July 4,2007.We stayed with a large group and the staff was very helpful and the accomodations very nice. The inside courtyard/atrium area and the pool/excercise areas were very nice. Overall a very pleasant stay. The group sales manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. We hope to stay there again next year and with the improvements they're adding will be very nice.

It was a very nice motel with wonderful amenities. Even though the motel was pretty well full and they were busy, the staff was always friendly and helpful. I cannot imagine how the motel could have done anything to make my stay more pleasant.
When we checked in we were greeted warmly and the process was very quick. We were offered information on the location of everything in the motel, given directions to nearby places and restaurants and generally helped in any way possible. The staff was always friendly and respectful towards us.
I am very likely
to return to the Ramada Biltmore West.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I stayed there the weekend of 7/27/07, the hotel was dirty, the linens were horrible, the staff was rude and unhelpfull. The pool was dirty and my daughter devolped a skin rash that the doctor said was probably from using the dirty pool. It was a nightmare, I was glad to leave. It was priced as high as more notable establishments, I have family in the area and they are spreading the word. Do not stay here.

We stayed at best western ashville west on june 16th 2007, bad experience. Floors were filthy, musty room, it seems when you reserve online they give you the crappy rooms!

They did not hold my room. The was mold around the bathroom, the coffie pot was missing, the phone did not work and the safe did not have a key. On top of this, they tried to tell that I have to pay for the safe after the told that there was no key for it and that the price was added into the room fee.

We had a conference in the Asheville area and arraingements were made at this hotel. Man, what a great time we had! The sales manager was very professional and went above and beyond all our expectations helping in every way he could. He told us of up and coming renovations that they have planned. The new restaurant is going to be great, and a nice lounge would top it all off. I would definitely recommend this property to families and groups alike.

The room was clean and nothing was in disrepair. The front desk clerks were very helpful. I called up front once and there was no answer. Two minutes later they called me back to apologize and ask what I needed. The breakfast buffet was neat and appealing- basic continental. The pool area needed something to make it more appealing, but it was still winterish and that will happen soon I bet. The lobby areas and sitting areas were very nice.
This is by no means a deluxe hotel. But I was traveling alone with 4 children and I felt very safe in this hotel and area of Asheville.
