I used to be an employee at the BWI Ramada and who ever made that remark about Gus and Ulysses Triantis is a complete moron. Ulysses Triantis has remarkable customer service skills and would never be a "jerk" to any guest. He is a very professional
what a scam, this was written by the Triantis. wow they need to post their own reviews because no one likes the hotel or how the owner treats its employee's. Look at all the turn over they have and how they continue to post their own reviews. I stayed her twice in the last two years and never again will I do that again. the best western, the new loft and will meet and beat their prices any day. plus hard to get to place restaurant is over priced with their drinks. The house keeping is terrible and front desk needs real training. DONT STAY HERE AS YOU WILL PAY FOR IT AS A GUEST AND YOUR STRESS WILL GO UP.
