I used to be an employee at the BWI Ramada and who ever made that remark about Gus and Ulysses Triantis is a complete moron. Ulysses Triantis has remarkable customer service skills and would never be a "jerk" to any guest. He is a very professional kind person. As for the owner of the hotel Gus Triantis, all my time working for him he never once raised his voice to me or any of the other employees. He treated us with nothing but respect and made it a very easy going place to work. The Triantis family are very nice genuine people who really take pride in treating their guests and employees right. The hotel is not filthy. It has been completely renovated. There are no "mice" or "roaches" anywhere. They have the best prices in the area plus they offer a park and fly package for less than the stay alone at any other hotel. The reason the continental breakfast is so early is because of the park and fly people who need to catch their flight so early in the morning. It ends at 7:30 not 6! If you are not up in time they offer continental breakfast to go. All you have to do is ask the front desk. The staff is great, the rooms are cozy, and the amenities are amazing. Anyone and everyone should stay at this hotel if they enjoy a good nights sleep for a great price and being treated wonderfully.

The purpose of my stay was to be near the BWI airport. I am a doctor from the Bethesa MD area and I stayed at this hotel in May. I have to say that I had a great experience and that I paid a great price. I have booked my reservation for November so that I can leave with my family for thanksgiving. I am taking advantage of their park and fly program, which I did for my last stay. I paid probably the cheapest rate in the entire BWI area and stayed in a hotel that competes with the upper brand hotels. I recommend this hotel to every person no matter what your affordability level is. The hotel is remodeled, what else could you ask for.

One of the best experiences i have ever had. I am an elderly person who needs assistance when I am traveling. The front desk did everything they could to accommodate my needs. I have never received this type of great assistance at any other hotel.

I stayed at this hotel recently. I read the reviews below and disagree with them very much. People are really terrible. The hotel is an older property, but it was just remodeled. I had an enjoyable stay and I thought the beds were really comfortable. I woke up on time and made it to my flight no problem. I would disregard the messages below and give it a try. I think there rates are the least expensive for the BWI area.

The hotel is absolutely disgusting. There were mice running up and down the halls, and one in my room. I saw a total of 4 mice in one nights stay. When I told the front desk they did not seem to care and would not offer me anything. The hotel manager, I believe his name is Ulysses, is a complete jerk. He doesnt know how to deal with guests in a professional manner. The restaraunts food was good, until i lost my appetite when I saw a roach crawling across my table. The continetal breakfast is a joke and it is only offered at unreasonable hours of the morning. I could hear the owner Gus yelling at the employees from the lobby, and cursing up a storm. I had my 5 year old with me and did not appreciate this. Everything about this hotel is terrible. The only good thing I have to say about it is that housekeeping was pleasant. DO NOT GO HERE.
