The hotel had a great location and a friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and their complimentary transportation enabled us not to have to rent a car for our short stay.
It was a comfortable room with all the amenities we needed. It also had a nice balcony.
I am very likely
to return to the Ramada Anchorage Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Space was limited for the cost. Everything was clean. Location worked well for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good.

The front desk service was more than above average.
Having only two drawers for clothes comes up way short of space, especially when you need to bring more clothes to Alaska. If it was a no-name hotel or inn, it would just pass in certain areas. It is much better than the other Ramada in town, but falls short in comparison to other Ramadas throughout the United States.
Breakfast was OK, but not great. Again, the people working the desk were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel had very friendly and helpful front desk staff and van drivers. But they still haven't resolved a billing issue. I gave up after three phone calls and one e-mail.
