The front desk staff on duty at the time was very preoccupied with personal business. I have been to this hotel on a previous occasion and received better service.
The service is excellent, the rooms and hotel areas are clean, the location is great because it is right across the street from a mall and restaurants.
The beds are comfortable, I agree, but the bathrooms are small, cramped, and look...

We have selected the Crabtree Marriott as our wedding reception facility. So far, the service has been excellent, and the prices are great. No complaints.
