My wife and I were driving from S.F. to Laguna Beach.We were looking for a place to bed down for the night.Wow!!At Ragged Point Inn we saw our first ever Pacific Ocean Sunset.We had a nice dinner at their restaurant.The night sky was lit up light a Christmas Tree with more stars than I have ever seen.The next morning we walked the grounds,filled the car with gas,got some items at their little market and ate brunch at their snackbar as we hit the road again.What a "diamond in the rough" or maybe that should be a "jewel in the Big Sur".We passed through in early June of 2002 and we still talk about this place 6 years later.If I am ever back on the west coast you can bet your sweet bippy I will be looking for this jewel of a place.
