Okay
The front desk staff, doormen, and maid service was very pleasant. The hotel itself was not the 4 star quality we have been used to. There were not enough aminities for a celebration atmosphere. There was no bathtub for a bubblebath for instance....

40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We were greeted as soon as we pulled up and we were treated with first class service. The hotel room had all of the latest amenities and it was delightfully comfortable. We were able to walk to dinner at Gibsons, shop at Water Tower Place and 900 North Michigan, Watch the sun set from the top of the John Hancock building, and enjoy many other of the sights of the city without ever paying a cab fare. We'd definately stay there again.
