Okay
The front desk staff, doormen, and maid service was very pleasant. The hotel itself was not the 4 star quality we have been used to. There were not enough aminities for a celebration atmosphere. There was no bathtub for a bubblebath for instance....

Okay
This hotel is a very nice boutique hotel. The rooms are very nice with amenities like rain shower, LCD tv (although not one HD channel and the signal was fairly weak), robes, slippers, etc. Check-in was smooth and easy. The lobby is small and...

Okay
Our room had a terrible leak and water was all over the floor. It took two nights to get a new room. The bathrooms are european style which is ok if you like having no countertop and enjoy leaving all of your belongings on the floor. There was just...

The hotel had a great location just off Magnificent Mile, convenient to attractions and shopping. It had just opened so a full line of amenities was not available, but we did receive a discounted rate to compensate. They had an exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. The room was modern and very comfortable. The building was old, so the air conditioning unit did not cool extremely well but the windows did open a little.
We were always greeted upon entrance or exit. We were treated with equal respect as the other guests although we were dressed casually.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Raffaello Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

Okay
This has great potential but misses the mark. Tries to be a hip, boutique hotel but mistakes nice furnishings for true quality. I've stayed at a lot of 4/5 star hotels. This one needs some help to really make it shine. Get in some good management...
