The room was not clean. The pool was non-functional (and with no prior notice), and we brought our grandson here to swim. Their 100% satisfaction policy is a joke! The only gave us ten bucks off of our bill. This place is really quite unkempt and appears on its last legs. We are not picky folks! We’re just looking for the average.
