Do not expect a comfortable room in the fall or spring - - Today
I went to bed a little early nice and comfortable and I woke up to a stuffy hot room, asked for assistance from the front desk and was told that they turned off the ac due to changing weather. So as I lie awake here at 11 and knowing I have to get up early I am spending the worst night of my life in a hotel far from home. I asked for another room and was given one but there is no change in the temperature and was told to try opening a window to cool off. I have to stay here for a couple more days because of travel arangements. I will NOT stay here again and will advise our travel department as to what happened so that others will not have the same experience.

My husband and I were very impressed with the staff training. Everyone seemed to do all that was required and more. There was a wind storm that caused palm "stuff" to litter the pool. It was cleaned and crystal clear in a surprisingly short time.
