53 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The first room we had was clean and okay except the kids above running back and forth. Got a new room and it was bad! The security lock was broken off, the bathroom had mold in the shower and we had a visitor-the four legged kind. I hate roaches! Great Location, however the hotel needs to be revamped. Was a little disappointed with staff not very helpful, basically you can leave if you don't like it.
I am not likely
to return to the Radisson Suites Hotel Buena Park.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Room was much larger than expected. Seperate bedroom/sitting are convenient for travelling with kids. Hot water + all working facilities. Wi-Fi is a fantasy. Had to borrow a cable from the front desk for internet access for which they charged...

We loved stay here. This hotel is better then Knotts were we stayed the night before. I am diffently stay in this hotel again soon. I love the space and the fact that you can't hear other people.

Mediocre
The service is not worth the money, once you check in and pay, they no longer care about you. For the price there are plenty of other hotels with more to offer.

Nice hotel - recently remodeled, with ground, lobby, rooms all fine. However, the shuttle service leaves very much to be desired. Runs at odd times, and with no service for hours at a time (e.g., no service between 2pm and 6pm the day we were at Disneyland). Also, the shuttle run late (35 mins going, 10 minutes coming back).

Nice hotel - grounds, lobby, rooms recently remodeled and are all fine. However, the shuttle service to and from Disneyland leaves much to be desired. Leaves and picks-up at odd hours, and often not for hours at a time (for example, the day we were at Disneyland, no pick-ups between 2 and 6pm). Also, the shuttle service seems to run habitually late (35 minutes going to park, 10 minutes at pick-up from park).
