the hotel is a disaster considered to the standard of service the radisson's provide.there is no customer value and managemnet proves to be stupid.especially the front desk manager.he was drunk when i went and spoke to him even during the duty...
I've stayed at the hotel twice and hotel front desk continues to prove that this hotel is worthless. No customer service what so ever. Front desk employees and manager all need a basic customer service class (101). The hotel is sooooooooooo old ...
