This hotel was wonderful, with the best staff I have ever encountered. I have been in the hospitality business for 30 years and I was extremely pleased and impressed.

The hotel was nice and quiet. I experienced no problems while at the hotel. It was cleaned adequately each day of my stay. All answers asked of the employees of the hotel were answered appropriately. I would recommend it to tourists.

I checked in yesterday, and this hotel is just terrible. Check-in was a long-wait nightmare even at 10:00 pm on a Saturday night. The staff is very surly with a very bad attitude.

The parking situation is also pathetic and most annoying. The room is worn and dingy with some of the lights broken.

Take my word for it: Do not ever stay here!

I had the absolute worst experience at this Radisson; I brought my family since we were in Orlando. They treated us like garbage, the hotel was under construction at the time. I will never stay at a Radisson again. I don't care about the loyalty points lost. It was so bad!

This experience at Radisson Resort Parkway was excellent.

The immediate problems with check-in should have been the first hint. We booked a king room but was given a standard double. They did say we could switch if a king room became available, but who wants to repack everything, and decided to let that slide. While it was in a good location, the hotel is dated. The room's temperature is either too hot, or too cold. The bathroom is extremely small, the toilet takes up the majortity of the space. The hall noise was terrible, each room door was heard every time another guest came or went usually in the early morning or late night while we were trying to sleep.

At checkout, we were overcharged $30 a night because the staff could not, or most likely would not, check the fax sent by the booking company telling them the rate we were given. I left extremely upset putting a damper on our vacation. We are still trying to resolve the overcharging problem.

I was very disappointed, this place is too big to feel important at all. The front desk was not friendly, and the refrigerator was not in my room as requested, but it was definitely on my bill. The cable was terrible and had few channels, and the beds are what made the stay unbearable. The hardest beds I have ever stayed on, my girlfriend and I woke up each night feeling like we haven't slept at all and it ruined our whole trip. The restaurant was way overpriced and the quality was poor. Only the look of the place and the pool/spa was up to par. I’d never stay at a place like this again.

The reservation process was a pain but I feel it was just an oversight.

I loved the Radisson; it's a very nice hotel with good, clean features. I could have stayed right on the hotel grounds and still have a wonderful vacation. It was a little pricey, though.

This hotel made me feel hip: It had some nice features: the sports bar and the jacuzzi, and the slide into the big pool.

It had a nice location and pretty grounds.

This was by far the worst check-in with the surliest front desk staff that I have ever experienced. I will definitely think twice about staying at Radisson again in the future.

This hotel (as mentioned on the 'Tripadvisor' website) was immaculately clean when I stayed there. The pool complex and grounds were very nice. Keep it up Radisson Resort Parkway!
