I like this hotel very much. The pools are beautiful. My only complaint was the hotel was being renovated. The hallways were dark and dusty. I was not informed of this prior to staying there.

They were extremely helpful getting me a last minute early check in. The room was much nicer than expected and the price was very reasonable.

This hotel made me feel secure: I had to show my id and confirm several pieces of information to get a new room key. The environment was friendly.

It was nice, but there was construction that made it not so great.

The service was good and everything was great.

I loved the location. There were plenty of restaurants nearby.

It’s geared very much towards the guests. Everyone was very friendly, and the service was very good.

The room was very clean, and was very comfortable. When we go back to Orlando, I will stay there again.

Check in was easy and quick. Parking for 6000 building was minimal.

The furniture was worn, but ok. The Sleep number bed and bedding was nice. The room was a little dusty upon arrival, but even with my allergies it was not a problem. The pool areas and outside pool bar was nice. The burgers at outside bar were best we have had.

The staff at pool and bar are excellent, and they have a really activities program by pool area.

It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Although we would visit this establishment again, it did not live up to Radisson’s reputation for cleanliness in our opinion.

I thought the hotel was great. They had service to the Disney parks which we used. We enjoyed the pool, restaurant, and bars that were onsite also.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There were always some activities planned.

I liked the interior of the hotel. The location was excellent. Even though we are not tourists there was plenty of information there regarding attractions and things to do if we didn't already know what was around. The hotel also had many things available for guest to do. I liked it because you didn't have to leave the hotel for anything.

This hotel made me feel respected: The entire staff was very helpful if you had a question.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great to have wireless internet on the premises included in the price. There was always entertainment for both children and adults. The restaurant was four stars. The shuttle bus to Disney was awesome.

They had an individual by the pool who had activities available which made being there a lot of fun and offered excitement for the kids and adults.

I had a fine stay. The room was clean and we were quite happy.

There was a problem with our room supposed to be no smoking and when we got there, it was obvious someone was smoking in it. They had us switch rooms, but since we were traveling with another family, they had to switch rooms also. Then their room had mold in it, so we had to switch rooms again. They put a hole in my son's Pack'n Play and then gave us the run around about paying for it. It was very frustrating and I would never stay there again.

I had no real problems with the location except with one of the bedside lamps. It stopped working and was not fixed while we were at the hotel.

It is not the best value for the money in the area.

It's a beautiful hotel.

The location was great. The room had mold in it and made us sick. We were told the room was taken out of commission for two days, but they did not try to compensate us at all for our resulting allergic reactions or inconvenience. We were moved to a room that didn't have a bed, and couldn't get into a new room until late that evening. Our small children had nowhere to take naps. I had to fight with the managers to get that night removed from my bill. We got less than two hours of sleep and had trouble breathing for several days after that. There was mold all around the wallpaper border. Eventually, the manager told us our room was upgraded to a pool view, and we were able to move our stuff. The guys who moved it put a hole in the side of my sister's Pack'n Play, and it was quite a hassle to get that replaced. Also, the main restaurant was closed even though the sign in the lobby said it should be open. One evening, the restaurant did allow us to purchase desserts that were phenomenal right at closing time. The business center was great, and the girl who staffed it was extremely helpful. The food was good in both the restaurant and the take-out center. The pools were on the cool side, but fun.

The location was convenient, right by Disney World. I found the front desk staff very helpful. I just thought the rooms were a little out of date, except for the bed.

The location was great. The room was comfortable and seemed relatively clean. However, there was this bad odor in the room.

I can't complain. It was a good hotel. It was close to the theme parks and in a good location for other sources of entertainment; it was close to everything we wanted to go to.
